Golden Lattice Investment Company (CR number 1010472408 and unified national number 7004891474) (the “{*}Company{*}”) "wholly owned by Telecommunications Towers Company, announces its intention to merge into Telecommunications Towers Company (CR number 1010933182 and unified national number 7002466568) in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, whereby all assets, rights, and obligations of the Company will be transferred to Telecommunications Towers Company with no change to the share capital of Telecommunications Towers Company upon the merger. The merger will be submitted to the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Telecommunications Towers Company for approval which expected to be on 07/04/2026 AD, corresponding to 19/10/1447 AH or any later date.

Pursuant to Article 227 of the Companies Law, any creditor of the Company has the right to object to the merger within fifteen days from the date of this announcement by sending a registered letter to the address below or through the electronic channels specified below.
